{"id":1538,"date":"2016-08-03T13:14:39","date_gmt":"2016-08-03T13:14:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/njoyread.com\/erpc\/?page_id=1538"},"modified":"2020-05-06T12:13:28","modified_gmt":"2020-05-06T06:43:28","slug":"function","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/nerpc.intileo.com\/hi\/about\/function\/","title":{"rendered":"\u0915\u093e\u0930\u094d\u092f"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"entry\">NERPC are carrying out following functions:-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To facilitate the stable and smooth operation of the system.<\/li>\n<li>Functions<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>To undertake Regional Level operation analysis for improving grid performance. <\/li>\n<li>To facilitate inter-state\/inter-regional transfer of power. <\/li>\n<li>To facilitate all functions of planning relating to inter-state\/intra-state transmission system with CTU\/STU.<\/li>\n<li>To coordinate planning of maintenance of generating machines of various generating machines of various generating companies of the region including those of inter-state generating companies supplying electricity to the Region on annual basis and also to undertake review of maintenance program on monthly basis. <\/li>\n<li>To undertake planning of outage of transmission system on monthly basis. <\/li>\n<li>To undertake operational planning studies including protection studies for stable operation of the grid.<\/li>\n<li>To undertake planning for maintaining proper voltages through review of reactive compensation and requirement through system study committee and monitoring of installed capacitors. <\/li>\n<li>To evolve consensus on all issues relating to economy and efficiency in the operation of power system in the region. <\/li>\n<li>The RPC may, from time to time, agree on matters concerning the stability and smooth operation of the integrated grid and economy and efficiency in the operation of the power system in that region. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>Additional functions entrusted by CERC:<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>RPC shall investigate and endeavor to resolve the grievance regarding unfair practices, delays, discrimination, lack of information, supply of wrong information or any other matter related to open access in inter-state transmission. <\/li>\n<li>Certification of:<\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Availability of transmission system\/generating stations. <\/li>\n<li>Capacity index. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>UFR inspections. <\/li>\n<li>Outage approvals and analysis. <\/li>\n<li>Regional Energy Accountings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>Availability of transmission system\/generating stations.<\/li>\n<li>Capacity index.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NERPC are carrying out following functions:- To facilitate the stable and smooth operation of the system.
